|It work at 2.0 to 8.0 GHz GaAs Enhancement mode psuedomorphic high electron mobility transistors Driver Amplifier. The driver amplifier is design using Darlington Pair topology.The driver amplifier can provide upto 17.5 dBm power output at 2GHz. The optimum performance of the chip can be achieved by tuning off chip matching. The part is biased with a single 3.3V supply.|
|The 2.0 to 8.0 GHz high efficiency 0.5um GaAs Enhancement mode p-HEMT Automatic Gain Control Amplifier. AGC has Gain Control Range of -16 dB to 18 dB. The average output signal level is fedback to adjust the gain to an appropriate level for a range of input signal levels. The optimum performance of the chip can be achieved by some off chip matching. The part is biased with a single 3.3 V supply|
